In no specific order:
1. My back feels awesome. I'd say it's back to 100% (get it?), but since I'm afraid of messing it up again I'll say I'm at 99%. I'm going back to Dr. Kopelove again for some more of that shit.
2. Regarding entry #1: that is the second time today I typed "get it?" in parentheses after making a stupid joke. Please disregard. I can't help myself sometimes.
3. Notice the new Google Toolbar button to the right. If you have the Google Toolbar, which you should, this button allows you to add a little icon of my head into your Google Toolbar. From there you will be able to click on my head to come directly to this site or click the down-arrow next to my head to select from a list of recent posts on this site. Another neat feature (if you add me to your toolbar) is that you can highlight text on any web page, right-click, and click on my head to do a search for your selected text on WhirledView.com to see if I've had anything to say about it. That may be a little presumptuous, but hey, it's a neat feature you might want to try.
4. I want to thank Jason, Craig, and Mom for housesitting/dogsitting for me while I'm in Sri Lanka. This statement is intended to spoil the plans of any would-be thieves/stalkers in my area who have been contemplating the fact that I won't be home for three weeks.
5. I have specific knowledge of at least five regular readers of this blog who do not contribute by way of commenting. Us internet nerds refer to you as "lurkers." Does "lurker" sound nice to you? I don't think so.
6. Huge keg party at Greg & Karri's tomorrow and everyone is invited. Pass it on.

Also...it looks like our party will be MUCH better than the last. We are installing motion lights out back as I type (I mean we're having people install them, i'm not THAT talented), I made a huge tub of margaritas that are freezing as I type, and...AND we picked up a fun drinking game with shot glasses and a checkers board.
Some people talk about looking back on the college days with drinking games and keg stands...hell I'm still living those days!

So as not to be a 'lurker' I just wanted to let you know that I do read all of my children's blogs just so I know what's up with them. However, I don't want to inhibit their self expression so I don't have anything to say about what they say--get it?
Thanks Mom! I knew I could coax a least one of you out from hiding ;) I think I have a certain cousin, a certain jazz guitarist, a certain friend in Florida, and possibly even a Minnesotan who didn't take the bait, but that's ok. Maybe they'll post later. Or maybe they don't really read my blog and they were just trying to make me feel better.
And oh, never mind the 177 unique visitors who showed up in my site stats from yesterday. Who the heck are you guys? Whoever you are, welcome! You can post too, ok?
Real nice that you took your time etc to go help the people. So many new stories everyday you forget about the older ones. Congrats on buying your house at the right time--smart\lucky move. Nice dog.
